Ballistic missile, armed drones intercepted over oil rich region
Saudi Arabia's ministry of defence said it has intercepted a ballistic missile and armed drones that were fired at the country's oil-rich Eastern Region by Yemen's Houthi group on Saturday.
Saudi Aramco did not report any impact on its infrastructure. The Eastern Region, home to significant oil infrastructure. The ministry said that a missile was intercepted over a suburb of Dammam, with scattered shrapnel injuring the two children and other missiles and drones were intercepted over Jizan and Najran.
