As the deadline for submissions to the Americas LNG Summit 2026 Call for Papers approaches, this webinar brings together three standout presentations from last year’s technical conference programme. These sessions reflect the depth, engineering rigour, and real-world relevance that defined the 2025 Americas LNG Technical Conference, highlighting the practical innovation shaping a rapidly evolving LNG value chain.
This exclusive webinar will take place on 30 April 2026 at 10:00–11:00 EDT | 15:00 BST and brings together leading experts from Worley Consulting, Chart Energy & Chemicals, and GTI Energy to revisit key technical themes from the 2025 programme. The session will explore LNG transport economics and techno-economic competitiveness, optimisation of modular LNG liquefaction systems including IPSMR® design considerations, and evolving methane emissions regulations and LDAR practices across global LNG supply chains. Together, these presentations provide a detailed view of the engineering, operational, and regulatory factors driving LNG’s next phase, while also marking the opening of the Americas LNG Summit 2026 Call for Papers, inviting engineers, technical specialists, and innovators to contribute to the programme.
Principal Consultant
Worley
Scott Schroeder is a Principal Consultant with extensive experience across LNG, gas processing, CO₂ processing, and broader midstream and downstream operations. He specialises in project development from conceptual design through to commissioning, with additional expertise in technology commercialisation and advanced processing solutions, including cryogenic, membrane, and solvent-based systems.
Process Technology Manager
Chart Energy & Chemicals
Ravi Vipperla is Process Technology Manager at Chart Energy & Chemicals, with over 20 years of experience in process engineering, systems engineering, and plant design. His expertise spans LNG plants, gas processing, CO₂ separation, hydrogen generation, and power systems, with a strong focus on front-end design, operations, and the optimisation and start-up of LNG facilities.
Principal Analyst
GTI Energy
Srijana Rai is a Principal Analyst on the Zero Emissions Systems team at GTI Energy, specialising in methane emissions measurement, verification, and decarbonisation strategies across the natural gas value chain. She serves as Technical Director of the Veritas Initiative and leads a U.S. Department of Energy-funded study on upstream emissions. Previously, she led lifecycle analysis work at the National Energy Technology Laboratory and was recognised as a Rising Star at the 2024 Women’s Energy Summit.
Understand how LNG, when paired with carbon capture, compares to alternative low-carbon energy carriers across cost, emissions, and global transport scenarios.
Explore how modular liquefaction design choices – including IPSMR® configurations, compressor scale, and cooling systems – drive efficiency, reduce risk, and accelerate deployment.
Gain insights into the evolving global methane regulatory landscape, including LDAR practices, reporting frameworks, and opportunities for greater alignment and transparency across the LNG value chain.
