Pushing for decarbonisation in the East Mediterranean region
In an exclusive studio interview from EGYPS 2023, Julian Walker sat down with His Excellency Osama Mubarez, Secretary-General of the East Mediterranean Gas Forum (EMGF), to discuss the impact of new national gas fields being discovered in the region, and developing strategies to balance energy security and energy transition. His Excellency Mubarez also talks about the launch of the forum’s Decarbonisation Report at COP27, and how it is an effective platform connecting companies and governments together to unlock growth opportunities in the region.
