Low-carbon hydrogen to be key driver in the move to net-zero
In this exclusive COP28 focused interview, Julian Walker, spoke to Javier Doblas, Partner, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), about the importance of hydrogen in the energy sector. We hear why low-carbon hydrogen will need to play a pivotal role in helping to decarbonise hard-to-abate sectors to have any hope of achieving the Paris Agreement and reaching net zero. Javier touched on how BCG estimates the global low-carbon hydrogen market by 2050 could represent a value of US$600 billion to $1.1 trillion.
