In our next exclusive studio interview from ADIPEC 2022, Julian Walker speaks with Jean-Christophe Bernardini, Partner and Associate Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), about how National Oil Companies (NOCs) are changing their operating model in light of the changing energy landscape. Jean-Christophe also touches on what he feels about NOCs and how they should focus on it if they want to adapt. Finally, we talked about how NOCs in the Middle East are leading the way and transforming their business models.
