In an exclusive interview from EGYPS 2023, Julian Walker spoke with Joe McMonigle, Secretary General of the International Energy Forum (IEF), about what his outlook for the energy sector is in 2023, as the IEF hosts its annual energy outlook symposium in Riyadh with IEA and OPEC. We also hear why Joe thinks the energy crisis prompted a renewed focus on energy security and how this is a global issue. He also touched on the important role technology will play in energy transition.
