At the centre of our integrated service model stands Noatum Offshore, which owns and operates a modern fleet of over 105 vessels, including DSVs, MPSVs, PSVs, AHTS, jack-up barges, and crew boats across the Middle East, Southeast Asia and West Africa. These assets are designed to perform a broad range of activities - from platform supply and anchor handling, to subsea support and offshore accommodation.

OFCO extends this strength through comprehensive offshore project logistics, vessel and fleet management, and project mobilisation. From operating support vessels and managing quayside logistics to coordinating shore base operations, OFCO ensures efficiency by integrating real-time data management into every operation, enabling faster and more informed decision-making.
Below the surface, SAFEEN Subsea delivers world-class subsea engineering and construction capabilities, including inspection, repair, and maintenance (IRM) to complex engineering, transportation, and installation (TNI) projects. Supported by an innovative and sustainable fleet of USVs and ROVs, the company supports offshore surveys, underwater construction, and infrastructure development, maintaining over 5,500 km of subsea pipelines through its IRM operations.

Complementing the model, Divetech provides a skilled workforce that powers our underwater and topside services. With more than 650 commercial divers, subsea engineers, and technicians, Divetech delivers commercial diving, hybrid access, surveys, and marine engineering services with precision and safety.

An example of this integrated approach in action can be seen in an ongoing project for a leading LNG producer in the region. All four entities, unified under one coordinated team, have been providing DSV DP2 operations for underwater inspection, maintenance, repair, and construction across offshore platforms, pipelines, and subsea infrastructure. Executed aboard our vessel, SAFEEN Surveyor, Noatum Offshore supplied the retrofitted DP2 vessel, OFCO managed logistics, crew, and vessel operations, SAFEEN Subsea delivered their ROV for underwater inspections and survey scopes, and Divetech provided expert divers and technicians managing the air diving system onboard. This project perfectly illustrates the power of our expertise when it operates in unison.
