ExxonMobil announces 2025 Power Play Award Winners
ExxonMobil announced the winners for the seventh annual Power Play Awards during a customer reception on September 10, 2025. What started as a series of networking events promoting diversity in the liquefied natural gas (LNG) industry has been turned into an awards program designed to recognise and celebrate the accomplishments of the remarkable women and men who uphold the importance of supporting and empowering them in the industry.
We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to all who supported this important initiative and are key to its success. Thanks to our esteemed panel of international judges who volunteered and dedicated their time and expertise to evaluating the nominations and nominees. To those that took the time to submit a nomination and recognie someone making a difference in the LNG and Low Carbon Solutions value chains, we appreciate your effort. And, to the team that made the initiative and awards possible, thank you as well. These are the people that make the Power Play program possible.
The Power Play Awards received tremendous support again in 2025. We had 129 nominations from 78 different companies and 28 different countries.
These individuals demonstrate how a mutually supportive environment can help support great business outcomes across all parts of the LNG and Low Carbon Solutions value chains. The awards were made up of four individual categories: The Rising Star Award, The Ambassador Award, The Pioneer Award and our newest category, The Low Carbon Accelerator Award.
The winners by category are:
- The Rising Star– Presented to an outstanding young female professional under 35 years old

- The Ambassador– Given to a professional who displays outstanding leadership
Maria Kuosa

- The Pioneer– Awarded to an LNG champion demonstrating outstanding business, innovation and/or technology contribution

- The Low Carbon Accelerator– Awarded to a woman who is making significant contributions by leveraging innovation and collaboration

Senior Vice President of Strategy and Impact, PACE Equity
The judging was conducted by an esteemed panel of 13 judges. These international experts from across the LNG and Low Carbon Solutions value chains have demonstrated interest in inclusion and diversity within the energy sector. The judges included:
