British energy regulator Ofgem puts advisers on standby for emergency as the prices rises.

Britain's energy regulator Ofgem has signed up insolvency experts from Teneo to act as standby special administrator in the case a larger energy supplier cannot be resolved through the Supplier of Last Resort (SOLR) system, Sky News reported on Thursday.

Several British suppliers have stopped trading in the past few weeks due to high energy prices that created a crisis for smaller companies who struggled due to these costs.
