Huawei signs world's largest energy storage project
Huawei and SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Co Ltd have signed the 1,300 MWh Saudi Red Sea New City energy storage project, which is the world's largest energy storage project, said China Daily newspaper, citing a statement released on Huawei's official WeChat account.
Both companies will jointly build sides Saudi Arabia clean energy and green economy center.
The Red Sea New City energy storage project is one of the key highlights of the Vision 2030 by Saudi Arabia's crown prince Mohamed Bin Salman.
